Faculty innovation in planning and developing curriculum is encouraged and is supported by the Office of the Dean of Academic Affairs.

We hope they will serve to assist in streamlining processes essential to the establishment, maintenance and enhancement of academic programs at SUNY Ulster.

Accreditation
SUNY Ulster is a unit of the State University of New York (SUNY), and is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (215:662-5606), www.msache.org. The Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation.

The College's Nursing Program is accredited by the National League of Nursing (NLN) Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), 61 Broadway, New York, NY 10006 (212: 363-5555), www.nlnac.org.

In addition, the Engineering Science Program is affiliated with the Two-Year Engineering Science Association (TYESA) and the Association of Engineering Colleges of New York State (AECNYS).
