This channel provides a convenient way for the campus community to access marketing
assets and directions on how to request marketing & graphics materials and/or support
from Community Relations. Simple website or portal updates can take up to 48 hours
to be completed. Print marketing, social media, and PR projects take longer, depending
on their size & scope, so plan ahead.
- For website or portal updates, email requests to webmaster@sunyulster.edu. Include the web address of the page you want updated in your email. If you are requesting a Word doc or PDF uploaded to the website or
portal, these documents must be ADA compliant. Use these instructions for how to create ADA compliant documents.
- For marketing, design, social media, PR or web projects, fill out and submit this marketing request form .

- If creating your own print graphics, use our style guide to stay within our branding and communications guidelines.
- Below are an array of print templates and logos for use.
- You are required to comply with SUNY EIT Accessibility Elements & Guidelines
- If posting to social media, use our social media policy so you are aware of SUNY Ulster rules and best practices.
